The first Super-Z video was made in 2014.  The white Super-Z seen in the video is the 5th generation Z.  The black and purple Super-Z seen above is the 9th generation. The Super-Z video below was produced by myself and my sons, Austin and Stephen.  Austin is a Physical Therapist in Fort Walton Beach, Florida.  Stephen is the owner/operator of REPEAT Sports in Rockwall, Texas. Both were involved in the initial development and implementation of the Super-Z. After a short introduction, you will see a demonstration of the basic Super-Z Training Program.
